1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fitly platform ("Service"), including our Gym Management Operating System, Member Portal, and Marketplace Directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Platform & User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on Fitly. Users (both Gym Owners and Members) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Gym Memberships & Marketplace Applications
Fitly facilitates membership applications and pass reservations between fitness enthusiasts and partner gym businesses. Membership plans, pricing, access policies, and facility rules are established by the respective gym owners. Fitly acts as a management software platform and marketplace facilitator.
4. QR Attendance & Geofence Verification
Fitly uses QR code verification and optional location verification for gym check-ins. Attempting to bypass attendance validation or share unauthorized access codes may result in account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fitly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from physical workouts, gym facility usage, or service interruptions.
